All items are shipped for free within the continental United States.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please have the item professionally repacked and return it to me for a full refund of the cost of the item.  If the item arrives broken, no refund will be issued.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE! Please photograph the package, then reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. Notify me immediately if this occurs.

Please photograph the damaged item and contact me immediately for a full refund.

All functional pottery is food, oven and microwave safe. 

Hand washing is recommended.  Over time, washing pottery in the dishwasher can cause chips and dulling of the glazes.
